Gregory originally hails from some of the smallest towns you’ve never heard of in the Midwest: Potter, Nebraska (population 397), and Oakley, Kansas (the prairie dog capital of the world), to name two.
The son of an absentee father, and dutiful mother, he landed in Southwest Idaho as a teenager, where he found an escape from the numbing dullness of mid-80's rural America through the films of Martin Scorsese, Federico Fellini, and David Lynch. Inspired to become an auteur film director he attended Vancouver Film School in the early '90s, where he began making the first of his many, many mistakes on the road to auteur-dom.
Currently residing in Idaho, Gregory has made numerous documentaries, short films, short documentaries, commercials, digital productions, feature films, and even a spec television pilot working as a writer, producer, director, director of photography, and editor (not because he’s a egomaniac-jerk, he just truly loves the craft).
He’s available, and excited to work with most the folks who contact him here.
